Data rooms for fundraising and M&A

Your diligence deserves better than a Drive link.

Quilaron is a data room built for founders and CFOs, not investment banks. Structure a room from a template in minutes, permission it down to the folder, and see exactly which investor spent 40 minutes in your model and which never logged in.

Launching 2026. Early access rooms are onboarding now.

1 in 3stalled deals trace back to process friction in diligence, not the fundamentals

Directional figures drawn from published venture and M&A process studies.

Every share is deliberate. Every view is on record.

Legacy data rooms were priced and designed for bank-run processes. File-sharing links were designed for vacation photos. A raise or an acquisition is neither.

Permissions that match the deal

Grant access per folder and per investor group. Your lead sees the full financial model. The fund still circling sees the teaser deck. Watermark anything sensitive and keep it view only. When a firm passes, revoke everything in one click.

Engagement down to the page

See who opened what, for how long, down to the page of your financial model. The partner who spent 40 minutes in your cohort data is real. The one who never opened the room is telling you something too. Read the signal before the next call.

Q&A that stays with the document

Diligence questions arrive as threads pinned to the exact file, not as attachments buried in email. Answer once, choose who sees it, and the whole exchange lands in a single audit trail your lawyers will actually thank you for.

From blank to bank-grade in an afternoon

Three steps. No implementation call, no seat-count negotiation, no six-week onboarding.

Step 01

Start from a template

Pick Series A, Series B, acquisition, or debt. Quilaron lays out the folder structure sophisticated counsel expects, with a checklist of what belongs in each, so nothing surfaces late and nothing gets asked twice.

Step 02

Invite with intent

Add investors and acquirers as groups, each with its own folder access, watermarks, and download rules. Send one link per group. Change your mind later, permissions update instantly and quietly.

Step 03

Read the room, answer in place

Watch engagement roll in by viewer and by page. Answer Q&A threads right on the document. Walk into every partner meeting knowing exactly what they studied the night before.

Priced for a raise, not a bank retainer

Flat monthly pricing. No per-page fees, no per-guest fees, no surprise invoice after your busiest diligence month.

Questions founders actually ask

An investor passed. Can I cut their access immediately?
Yes, and this is half the reason Quilaron exists. Revoke a single person or an entire firm in one action. Their links die instantly, view-only documents become unreachable, and the audit trail records exactly what they saw and when. Compare that to a Drive link you shared three weeks ago and can no longer account for.
How is my data secured?
Documents are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access requires verified email sign-in, sessions expire, and every view, download, and permission change is logged. Watermarks carry the viewer's identity, so even a screenshot points back to a person. A SOC 2 Type II audit is underway ahead of launch.
Can investors tell I'm watching their activity?
Analytics are visible only to your team. Guests see a clean, fast reading experience and nothing else. What you learn from the engagement data, and how you use it in your next partner call, stays on your side of the table.
We already run everything in Drive. How painful is the switch?
Drag your existing folders in and Quilaron maps them onto the template structure, flagging what a standard request list expects that you have not added yet. Most teams go from upload to first investor invite within a day.
Does the room survive the deal?
Yes. When the round closes or the acquisition signs, freeze the room as a permanent record. You keep the documents, the Q&A history, and the full audit trail, which is exactly what counsel wants on hand for the next deal, or for closing conditions that reference diligence.

The next room you open could be the one that closes.

We are onboarding a small group of founders, CFOs, and corp dev teams ahead of launch. Tell us about your deal and we will set up your room with you.
